7th Grade Intervention Students Become Journalists

In every classroom you will find students with various interests, hobbies, and passions. Ms. Blanco's 7th grade intervention class is no different. It's difficult to choose a project or activity that will keep all students involved but this teacher is hoping that a new idea will help. In order for her students to stay interested in class and collaborate with others, Ms. Blanco has decided that the students should try to put together an online newspaper. Students will be in charge of different categories, such as sports, currents events, music and movie reviews, etc. and will write short articles about their chosen topic. This allows for creativity, a little bit of freedom, and practicing writing skills. The articles will be available school wide so that everyone at iPrep Academy can read about what these interesting and talented writers and journalists have to say. Good luck writers!
